Classic bishkopt Preparation
time: 40 min Serves: 6-7
Ingredients:
5 eggs
butter for baking tray greasing
1 glass wheat flour
2-3 tbsp bread crumbs ½ glass potato flour ¾
glass white sugar
1 flat tsp baking powder Method:
Whip whites until stiff. While whipping add slowly sugar and eggs.
Stir together wheat flour, potato flour and baking powder. Stir slowly
the dry ingredients in egg mixture. Grease the baking form with butter
and spinkle with butter crumbs. Preheat the oven to 1500 and bake
for 25 minutes. Leave for cooling in the oven.
