Fruit chłodnik – cold fruit soup
Preparation time: 20 min* Serves:
4 Ingredients:
750g fruits (raspberries, blackberries, blueberries and strawberries
in free doses)
1 glass sweet white wine
2 tbsp sugar
250 ml single cream
cinnamon stock
1 tbsp icing sugar
a couple of cloves ½ l boiling water
Method:
Rinse fruits and drain. Set aside a couple of the prettiest
fruits. Pour the boiling water on the rest of fruits, add sugar, cinnamon,
cloves and cook on low heat for 5 minutes. Take from the heat, take
out the cinnamon stick and cloves, cool and blend. Pour the wine,
stir together and place in a fridge for 2 hours. Garnish with drops
of cream whipped with icing sugar and whole fruits.
* Without a cooling time.
