Buttered white (not smoked) sausage
Preparation time: 40 min Serves:

Ingredients:
500 g white (not smoked) sausage
1 tbsp wheat flour
1 kg potatoes
2 glass oil
2 egg yolks
pinch of nutmeg
1 tbsp batter
1 tbsp Kamis potato seasoning Method:
Slice sausage in 5-7 cm slices. Peel, boil and pulp potatoes.
Add spices, butter, yolks, flour and prepare dough. Cover the sausages
with dough and deep fry on oil. Serve with żurek.
